NNPCL, Nigeria’s leading oil and gas company, faced challenges in managing governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) effectively across its expansive operations. With a complex organizational structure, stringent regulatory requirements, and increasing demand for real-time data access, NNPCL required a solution to streamline its risk management processes and secure sensitive information across various departments. The existing systems were fragmented, and there was a clear need for an integrated solution that could ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and improve internal controls across its operations.

From 2019 onwards, IRSL’s team has been instrumental in the operationalization of SAP Access Control and SAP Process Control, optimizing them to meet the dynamic needs of NNPCL.
